Kulm, North Dakota

Brief History:
Kulm was founded in 1892 and was settled primarily by Germans from Russian and Swedish immigrants.  One of the businesses that made Kulm unique was the Kulm Mill, which was the last private flour mill to operate in the state.  The mill was destroyed by fire in 1963.  Kulm is located in the "Prairie Pothole" region and provides excellent waterfowl hunting opportunities.  Kulm is a "little town with  a big heart."  The folks who live here are friendly, kind and will make you feel right at home!
