LaMoure County Museum Board
LaMoure County Museum
Grand Rapids, ND

The LaMoure County Museum is a historical building purchased in 1981 to house and display the memorabilia and historical artifacts of this area.  Items have been donated by local and other interested people.

An old country school was also restored in 1997 and an additional building was constructed to house the many other agriculture related items that have been donated through the years.

This museum is managed by a board of five members who are appointed by the county commissioners.  It is hosted and kept up by a multitude of volunteers from the area.

This facility is open on weekends and on days of Summer Theater productions in the Memorial Park, from Memorial Day through Labor Day and other days by appointment.
